Maven plugin has Can I apply Spotless to specific files?
section in the README which explains how to apply Spotless only for specific files. The similar documentation is missing for the Gradle plugin even though it has the same capabilities. This PR adds this missing documentation (copy-pasted and adjusted from the Maven docs).
